Salesforce contracting under model uncertainty

This paper considers a firm's salesforce contracting problem under model uncertainty. Based on the notion of multiplier preferences, we capture model uncertainty and explicitly characterize the structure of the optimal contract. Our findings provide guidelines on the design of salesforce compensation contracts in practical situations.     

Fe掺杂α-Bi2O3光电性质的第一性原理研究

采用第一性原理杂化泛函HSE06方法对Fe掺杂α-Bi₂O₃的电子结构和光学性质进行了计算研究。结果表明,Fe掺杂α-Bi₂O₃体系有较小的结构变形,本征α-Bi₂O₃的禁带宽度为2.69 eV,Fe掺杂使α-Bi₂O₃的禁带宽度减小(约为2.34 eV)。对其光学性质研究得出Fe掺杂扩展了α-Bi₂O₃对可见光的吸收范围,即发生了红移,从而为Fe掺杂α-Bi₂O₃在光催化领域中的应用提供了理论依据。     

Beating oscillation and Fano resonance in the laser assisted electron transmission through graphene δ-function magnetic barriers

We investigate theoretically the transmission of electrons through a pair of δ-function magnetic barriers in graphene in presence of external monochromatic, linearly polarized and CW laser field. The transmission coefficients are calculated in the framework of non-perturbative Floquet theory using the transfer matrix method. It is noted that the usual Fabry–Perot oscillations in transmission through the graphene magnetic barriers with larger inter barrier separation takes the shape of beating oscillations in presence of the external laser field. The laser assisted transmission spectra are also found to exhibit the characteristic Fano resonances (FR) for smaller values of the inter barrier separation. The appearance of the perfect node in the beating oscillation and the asymmetric Fano line shape can be controlled by varying the intensity of the laser field. The above features could provide some useful and potential information about the light - matter interactions and may be utilized in the graphene based optoelectronic device applications.     

Enantioselective Copper‐Catalyzed Azide–Alkyne Click Cycloaddition to Desymmetrization of Maleimide‐Based Bis(alkynes)

A copper catalyst system derived from TaoPhos and CuF₂ was used successfully for catalytic asymmetric Huisgen [3+2] cycloaddition of azides and alkynes to give optically pure products containing succinimide‐ and triazole‐substituted quaternary carbon stereogenic centers. The desired products were obtained in good yields (60–80 %) and 85:15 to >99:1 enantiomeric ratio (e.r.) in this click cycloaddition reaction.     

新型蒽类聚方酸菁的合成及其性能

以蒽为起始原料,经溴代反应和Witting-Horner反应制得单体9,10-双[2-(1-辛基-1H-吡咯-2-基)乙烯基]蒽(3);3与芳酸缩聚合成了一个新型的蒽类聚方酸菁(4),其结构和性能经UV-Vis,1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,XRD,SEM和TG表征。4在氯仿中的λmax位于700nm;4为非晶态结构;4的初始分解温度为297.1℃。     

Effects of ultra-strong magnetic field on electron capture rates of 55C0 and 56Ni in the magnetar surrounding

The electron capture rates of 55Co and 56Ni in the ultra-strong magnetic field at four typical temperature- density points have been calculated using the nuclear shell model and Landan energy levels quantized approximate correction. The results show that the electron capture rates of 55Co and 56Ni are increased greatly in the ultra-strong magnetic field, and even exceed two orders of magnitude in the range from 4.414×10^13G to 2.207×10^27 G. The change rate of electron abundance, ye, of 55Co and 56Ni under the condition of B=4.414×10^15G in the magnetar surrounding has been calculated and discussed, the proportions of ye of 55Co and 56Ni in the total Ye have been reduced by 50 percent in all more than the condition without a magnetic field.
